Projects - Past & Present
The club's ethos is self-help, self-build, wherever possible. The committee organises work parties where members give their time to the club to manage all the aspects of upkeep and development of the facilities. From keeping the weeds down in the compound, painting a wall to more complex builds.
Bed Levelling the Creek
Regular maintainence to the keep the depth arund the creek and the pontoon - once this is done the pontoon will be ready for overwintering boats.

The Compound Roadways
The old toilet block was crushed up and kept to fill holes and maintain the roadways around the compound. But some projects just have to wait when visitors make it their home.

Toilet & Showers
A major, multi-stage project to remove the old toilet block and install a modern, flood-proof facility, and give disabled access to the clubhouse, with many working parties and skills drawn from across the club. With a clear ethos of reuse and recycling, much of the old building will be reused around the club.
