In addition I have put together a quick video below about what will happen on the day of the AGM
As you will have seen in the February Newsletter there are also three sessions planned in which you can have a go with Zoom so you feel confident on the day.

The first trial session will be at 11.30 on Monday 15th February

The second trial session will be at 11.30 on Monday 22th February

and the third trial session will be at 19.30 on Monday 22th February
Please only use them if you are unfamiliar with using Zoom
